Knitting & Weaving Mill

Stretch, Jacquard and Yarn-Dyed Stripe Fabric made to your brand's specifications

Stretch fabric is produced by machine knitting on circular knitting machines, and older-generation jacquard machines remain in operation. We can produce exclusive patterned fabric to the specifications your brand sets.

In brief

The knitting and weaving mill of Siam Fancy Group produces stretch fabric to brand specifications, in particular jacquard fabric (pattern built into the fabric), yarn-dyed stripe fabric, waffle knit, and textured knit fabric.

Siam Fancy Group has produced textiles since 1989 (B.E. 2532) and still operates jacquard machines today. Jacquard work is harder to set up and slower to produce than plain fabric, so it depends on experience in machine setup and pattern layout.

The difference lies in machine setup and pattern layout, not in the raw material. From the same Ne 32 yarn, an ordinary mill produces plain fabric, while Siam Fancy can produce fabric with the pattern built into the cloth.

Products we make

Fabric Types We Produce

Every type is made to order to your specification, not ready-made fabric from stock.

Jacquard Fabric: Pattern Built Into the Cloth

The pattern is formed directly in the fabric, with no printing, screen printing or embroidery. The pattern is part of the fabric itself, not a layer of ink on the surface, so there is no ink layer to peel off as with printed work, and the hand feel differs from printed fabric.

Yarn-Dyed Stripe Fabric

The yarn is dyed before the fabric is made, so the color is in the yarn from the start. Stripes are sharp and less prone to color bleeding than stripes printed over finished fabric. Stripe thickness, color sequence and stripe width can be set to your design.

Textured Knit Fabric

Stretch fabric with surface texture built in, adding value to the product without extra finishing steps afterward.

Waffle Knit Fabric

The surface forms a raised, honeycomb-like grid with a thick, soft hand feel and visible depth. Commonly used for sweaters, long-sleeve tops and pieces that need a distinctive surface without overprinting.

Basic Knit Fabric (Solid)

Cotton, TC, TK, polyester and blends. Fabric weight and width are chosen to suit the product. Can be ordered together with special-pattern fabric in the same lot.

Service models

Production Models

Order fabric only, or have the fabric made and passed on to the group's sewing line.

Option 1

Fabric Production Only

Send a specification or fabric sample. We produce to the pattern, stripes, colors and fabric you specify, then deliver the fabric for you to manufacture further yourself.

Suited to brands or factories that already have their own sewing line.

  • Fabric sample made for review first
  • Pattern, stripes and colors set by you
  • Support team checks pattern feasibility
  • Fabric delivered in rolls by quantity
Option 2

Fabric + Sewing Within the Group

Brand-specific fabric is finished and sent straight to the group's garment factory for sewing, reducing coordination time between units.

Suited to brands that want finished products ready for sale.

  • Quality control from yarn to finished garment
  • Less waiting for fabric between steps
  • Corrections coordinated within the group
  • Covered by a single quotation

Knitting & Weaving Mill Capabilities

Jacquard Machines Still in Operation

Siam Fancy Group still operates jacquard machines, so brands can get exclusive patterns without ordering from overseas.

The Same Yarn, a Different Grade of Fabric

From the same Ne 32 yarn, an ordinary mill produces plain fabric, while we can produce fabric with the pattern built in and higher value. The difference lies in machine setup and pattern layout, not in the raw material.

Made to Spec, Not Ready-Made Fabric

Pattern, yarn thickness, color sequence and fabric weight are yours to set, which makes the product hard to copy.

Pattern and Design Support Team

The team checks whether a designed pattern can actually be produced, and adjusts it to the machine before production.

Straight Into the Sewing Line

Finished fabric goes directly to the group's garment factory, reducing time and risk between handovers.

FAQ

FAQ: Knitting & Weaving Mill

How does jacquard fabric differ from printed fabric?

In the jacquard fabric Siam Fancy Group produces, the pattern is formed in the cloth during production, so the pattern is part of the fabric structure, not a layer of ink on the surface. There is no ink layer to peel or crack as with printed fabric and screen printing. Color and fabric durability still depend on the yarn, the dyeing and how the fabric is cared for.

How does solid fabric differ from jacquard fabric?

Solid fabric is plain single-color fabric that any ordinary mill can make. Jacquard fabric has the pattern in the cloth itself, created by pattern layout during production, and it needs specific machines and operators who know how to set them up. The fabric has a higher-value appearance even though the same yarn count is used.

Can I order a pattern exclusive to my brand?

Yes. Send a pattern file or a fabric sample. The team checks whether it can be produced, adjusts it to the machine, and makes a fabric sample for your review before full production.

How much detail can be specified for stripe fabric?

You can specify the thickness of the stripe lines, the color sequence, the width of each stripe, and the base fabric. Because the fabric is yarn-dyed, stripe colors are sharp and less prone to bleeding than fabric dyed solid and then printed with stripes.

What is the minimum order for made-to-spec fabric?

Made-to-spec fabric has a higher minimum than ready-to-cut fabric, because the machine must be set up and re-threaded for each pattern. Send the pattern and quantity you need, and the team will assess it.

Can the fabric go straight to sewing after production?

Yes. The knitting and weaving mill and the garment factory belong to the same group, so finished fabric goes straight onto the sewing line. It is covered by a single quotation, with no need to coordinate multiple factories.
